Subscription fees
Subscription fees are generally billed for the selected billing period and are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, unless required by law or approved by ByTowns support.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice or incorrectly, contact support with the account email, business name, date and payment details.
Cancellations
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Access to paid features may remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Service issues
If a paid feature is unavailable because of a platform issue, ByTowns may review the case and decide whether a credit, extension or refund is appropriate.
